Rona joined the PaCoN program because of her passion for enhancing agricultural technology and ensuring a secure food supply. She Graduated from President William McKinley High School and am currently a junior majoring in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa.  

 

Through this experience, She hopes to learn more about biosecurity, a critical component of sustainable agriculture, and explore how engineering can drive innovative solutions to protect our food supply and environment.
